We provide authorized service and warranty repair for AquaComfort. Here’s how a warranty repair works.
1. Find your model and serial number
The model number is on the label on the front panel. The serial number is on the front left top of the unit. Have your installation date handy too.
2. Call or schedule service
Schedule online or call 407-786-0000. AquaComfort has to approve warranty work before service, and we help with that step.
3. An authorized tech makes the repair
Our HVAC and EPA 608 certified technicians diagnose and fix the problem with genuine AquaComfort parts.

Denise did a fantastic job helping isolate and identify an electrical issue. I want to thank Medallion Energy for helping me getting my heat pump working again. The display said "FLO" despite adequate water moving through the system and I was sure that it was the water pressure control switch that needed replacement. After reaching out to them via email they called me back and asked me what was going on. After explaining the issue they agreed that it was most likely the switch and shipped me a new one. It even came with directions on how to replace it. Once replaced I turned the heater on and it is working again. That saved me a huge bill to replace the heater. Do you service AquaComfort heat pumps outside Florida?

Why is water coming out of the bottom of my AquaComfort?
A running heat pump makes condensation, up to about 3 gallons an hour. To check for a leak, shut the heater off for a few hours and leave the pool pump running. If water is still coming out, there’s likely an internal leak. Schedule service or call 407-786-0000.
How do I register my AquaComfort warranty?
AquaComfort asks owners to register within 60 days of installation. You can find the registration form on AquaComfort’s Service & Support page. If you’re not sure your heater was registered, call us and we’ll help you check.
