I have a large pool 20 x 36 and Jacuzzi. Last year after consulting with Medallion I went with an Oasis Heat Pump to heat my pool. I can not say enough of how happy I am with the Company and with the Pool Heater. Great service and tech's on the installation and the heater works tremendously. This week, the first week of January, I turned on the heater and within 2 days raised my pool temperature from 62 degrees to 88 degrees. Excellent product and service. Highly recommend Medallion and the Oasis Heat Pump.

I recently called Medallion Energy to have a technician inspect my 10-year-old failed heat pump and provide an estimate for repairs. The initial quote for about $1,000 in parts and labor seemed reasonable, but what impressed me most was how the tech went above and beyond. Instead of just fixing the immediate issue, he continued to thoroughly check the entire system and discovered that the compressor was making noises indicating an impending failure—which would have led to a much more expensive breakdown later. They could have easily taken the $1,000 job and said nothing, but they chose honesty and transparency.The team walked me through several options, including a full unit replacement, and explained everything clearly. They were genuinely understanding, empathetic, and patient while discussing solutions with my wife and me. They even negotiated an outstanding deal that saved us significantly compared to what I'd researched on Google for similar heat pumps. The installation was flawless—they removed the old unit and professionally installed the new one in just one day. Afterward, they took the time to sit with us, walk through the controls, and show us how to customize the temperature settings for the pool and spa separately. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the care, professionalism, and support we received from Jim and Brandon. This level of honesty, expertise, and customer-focused service is rare these days. Total scam. I put in a request through Aqua Comfort. These guys called. Ricky walked me through what he thought was issue over the phone. My heat pump actually was working when I turned on for him. I ordered parts anyway $425 just in case it was a fluke it was working but still happened again. Parts came I decided to return parts as my pump was still working fine. I decided to look them up in case I ever needed them. They charged me $234 for a $30 part and $174 for a $7 part. I called this morning to return. He forgot to tell me when I ordered that on the Docusign you to sign after you pay there are no returns or refunds. I would have been happy to paid some thing for the time on the phone with me taking my pump apart myself. But a 10x plus over charge is ridiculous.

Everyone was extremely professional and very helpful in getting our pool heater back up and running. Great team with expert skills that was able to pinpoint the problem & give us serval options on how to resolve. Cannot thank Jim, Tiffany, & the rest of the team at Medallion enough!

Called Medallion’s main office in FL (from Virginia), unsure if they’d be able to help me many states away. I received a prompt call back and Denise helped me (I’m sure it was obvious I’m a pool heater neophyte) attempt to diagnose my problems over the phone. Once we established on-site work/review would be needed, Denise provided me with a local service partner’s contact info. I called the service provider and they came same day. I’m very impressed with their kindness, service and nationwide network. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with help from Medallion Energy. They helped me obtain and install a new motherboard for my pool pump heater which I could never have done on my own. Denise talked me through it on the phone while I was literally inside the machine and she was extremely patient, friendly and helpful and all of the communications were clear and helpful and the new system lasted a long time!

Tiffany was amazing! Totally floored by her exceptional service. Saved me a ton of money with her support, patience and expertise.

I called them to ask what needed to be done to fix the HP3 error that constantly happened on my pool heat pump. Two days later I got the response that I needed a new pressure sensor. They took my information and told me that they will test and calibrate the sensor prior to shipping, once I paid for it online, Just a few days later, the sensor arrived, with full instructions. The repair was easy, provided that you have two people, one to hold the heat pump cover up, the other to do the actual work. The fact that I was actually able to make the repair myself instead of being required to hire a "Swimming Pool Professional" was a pleasing and rewarding experience.

Working with Medallion Energy was a great experience. After 12 years our heater quit heating the water. When I called the number I had for the Heater Manufacturer I was connected to Denise at Medallion Energy. I explained what was and wasn't happening and she was able to diagnose my problem and made the necessary recommendations. When the parts arrived, I called and set an appointment with them. It was very reassuring to have someone so patient and knowledgeable on the phone when doing the repair. Denise and Jim helped me get the parts changed out correctly and warned me of all the little things to watch out for on the job. It was easy and worked. It is very nice to get help. Better yet, they answer their phones and return calls. They are a real pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend them.

I have been a Medallion Energy Customer for a number of years. They have always been courteous and professional in my dealings with them. They are very friendly and care about the customer needs. I recently had a pool heater replaced. Medallion worked with me to deliver and install the new heater and haul away the old one. The pricing was great! The technician that did the install was super. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole process could not have gone any better. The heater has been operating at peak efficiency and is quieter. I highly recommend Medallion Energy.

My heat pump had suddenly stopped working, the pool was installed about 3 years ago. I called the installer, they came out and looked, then I got a call from an Authorized repair tech, who gave me a quote that gave me sticker shock. So off to Google I go looking for a replacement fan motor and found Medallion Energy. I called up and talked to Denise, she was awesome, helped to diagnose and confirm the problem. Was very confident I would be able to perform the repairs. I placed my order. The next day Denise called me and told me that they information they had for my model heat pump was not clear on which motor was needed. (this was greatly appreciated, I'm an auto tech and have gotten wrong parts so many times.It was very refreshing that Denise and Medallion cared enough to ensure I was getting the correct part the first time) She gave me her cell number and I sent her a picture of the numbers on the motor. She got it sent out to me quickly. Then when I went to replace the motor I had a concern, sent Denise a text on Saturday evening and she replied immediately! And then sent me a text on Sunday morning to follow up! I was blow away with her customer service on off hours like that. Any further needs I know who I will be calling first, Medallion!

It was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and I had been trying in vain to get our pool up to the desired temperature and our family was arriving the next day from a cold and rainy climate. Tiffany had been a big help once before when I had an issue with the automation, but given the holiday, owner Jim Diroff had given his staff an early day and I was in a panic because nothing seemed to work. Tiffany didn’t leave me hanging. Owner Jim texted me and said he had heard from Tiffany and felt he knew what my problem was and to call his cell. I did and well, he was right, after asking me for some photos of our piping and valves, he quickly diagnosed and guided me to a fix. Within hours, our very large pool was on its way to a toasty 87 degrees, right where our family likes it. He and Tiffany saved our holiday, we will be forever grateful. I needed pool heater parts as my heater was not properly working. When I called Medallion, I was immediately helped by Shelly helped me troubleshoot the likely cause over the phone. Ordered the inexpensive parts and they did not work but turns out they needed to be replaced years ago so i was happy to replace them. When I called back, Shelly got Jim involved and he spent 1 hour on the phone with me diagnosing the parts needed and he was spot on. Parts arrived in a couple of days and the heater now works. I could not believe that they would take this much time with me and walk me through the procedures step by step saving me a few thousand dollars. This is my pool heater company for life….as good a job at service as i have seen! Thanks Jim and Shelly. I will be in touch when the need arises again.

I live in VA and have had a couple of minor issues with my 12-year old Aqua Comfort pool heat pump. All I need to do is pick up the phone and the staff at Medallion Energy diagnose the problem and ship me the parts I need. They are all fantastic, knowledgeable, and bend over backwards every single time. Even Though I’m hundreds of miles away!! Be patient with them as they are well worth the wait.

Jim and Denise were extremely helpful when a chipmunk decided to nest in our heater causing a small electrical fire. Denise asked us to text pictures and Jim was able to tell us exactly what parts we needed. Then in an effort to save our labor day weekend they worked feverishly to overnight us the parts. Unfortunately, the post office had computer issues and the parts didn't get here until Tuesday. But as soon as the parts arrived Jim made himself available after hours to walk my husband through the repair. Jim's knowledge of our heater was so impressive, the repair went seamlessly and the heater is working great. We have been able to enjoy the pool the last couple of weekends thanks to Jim and Denise. I also could not believe how extremely friendly they both were, has to be the best customer service I've ever had. Thank you again Jim!
